[English version follows]

The aims for this speech is to inspire people as well as elevate their level of consciousness. The speech must be given without relying to notes.

I gave this speech on June 23th, 2011. To be honest, the topic for this speech was not my first idea. I wanted to give a speech on the butterfly effect, but the table topic leader chose that topic a week before I gave this speech. So I would have end up looking like a copycat. Nonetheless, I went with another topic that inspires me.

CC-9: Work On Improving Your Natural Strengths

The aims for this speech are to be persuasive. You have to convince people to change their mind or take action.

I gave this speech on June 9th, 2011. Finding the subject for this one was really easy. I had just taken a strength assessment and I was inspired to talk about our natural strengths. Unfortunately, it ended up being one of my worst speech in this series. I only have me to blame, since I almost did not prepare for that one.
