CC-6: The Mindfulness Meditation Technique
The aims for this speech project are to use your voice to complement your message by enhancing your: pace, pitch, power, and pauses.
I gave this speech on March 24th, 2011. This speech was also reuse for the first episode of my podcast series. I was inspired by a book about meditation that my ex-girlfriend made me discover.
As always my biggest weakness is that I want to go too fast and I almost forget to breath, thus ending up coughing a couple of times. Nonetheless, this speech interested some, as I went on a discussion about meditation after the meeting.
